How is this different from my Unlimited Phone plan?
Unlimited phone plans are ONLY unlimited for PHONE data use. Unlimited phone plans only allow 5-10gb of tethering. (the ability to use the phones data with your computer, tablet, or other connected devices.) That is the equivalent of streaming a couple HD Netflix movies. Many of our members regularly use well over 100gb for all of their home and office connected devices, including smart TVs or other wifi connected devices. Unlike an unlimited phone plan, our plans and devices can entirely replace your slow home or office internet solution for an unlimited, unthrottled, high-speed wireless data connection.
Is your service really unlimited?
For normal internet usage, YES! No more data caps! No more overages! All of our hotspot plans include unlimited high speed data for normal internet usage like streaming music and movies/surfing/gaming etc. Illegal activities would include data abuse and suspicious usage. Data abusers are those who purposefully push limits or conduct known illegal activity like torrenting etc. If you burn through a terabyte or more in one month (that’s over 1,000 GBs!), that is not normal internet usage. Basically we'll know, and your account will be terminated immediately. You are still bound by TERMS of all the major providers. So just please utilize our hotspots with regular discretion and all will be well.
Is all of this for real? This seems too good to be true!
YES we are for real! We started the Unlimiteville Community to provide affordable internet access with no overage charge surprises. We get it...limited access means limited communication. We don't want anyone to be without internet access. Our priority is to allow you to use our access with all 4 major carriers and have affordable, unlimited 4G LTE plans that are no longer available anywhere in today's marketplace.
Do any of your plans throttle?
Essentially NO. Here is the deal... if you live in downtown L.A. and try to surf during rush hour, you may not receive the highest speeds because the cell towers get clogged. Unless something similar like this happens to you, then all should be well. Put it this way, we haven't had any complaints ;) Legally we have to let you know that where you will be utilizing our hotspots, the major carriers may be working on the cell towers close to you that could slow you down. That usually doesn't happen... but occasionally it does. We have no control over possible network optimizations being conducted by major carriers if any of their cell towers are being updated or de-prioritized.
I live out in the middle of nowhere, and travel quite a bit. Will you be able to help?
We want you to know that we've got almost everyone covered! We have all four major carrier plans and they all include an unlimited hotspot with high speed 4G LTE as long as you have a strong LTE signal from the major carrier that you select (STRICTLY U.S.A. USAGE ONLY).
What’s with the price differences between all four major carriers?
The price differences comes down to the varied cost of service for each carrier. Find the lowest cost solution that meets your coverage needs.
Do I have to sign a contract? Do you have to run a credit check? Are these really month to month plans?
All of our plans require no contract, and no credit checks! Yes, these are month to month plans! Each payment prepays your next 30 days. You may of course cancel your subscription with us at anytime by simply returning our hotspot to Unlimitedville. Monthly charges will continue until the hotspot is received. Additionally, our new 14 Day Money Back Guarantee allows you to try our service at No Risk! If the service does not meet your needs in any way, simply return the device for a complete refund of your order total. Can I bring my own device?
No. All Unlimitedville memberships are tied to our hotspots with no exceptions.
Can I put my account subscription on hold or pause it for a month or two?
No. Our model does not allow for this. Our aim is long term clients, not someone who needs internet for one month. That being said, you may cancel your subscription whenever you like. Cancellation and resubscription after the 14 day money back guarantee period, will require a new initial membership fee.
What are the average speeds of your unlimited hotspots?
The speeds of all of our hotspots (LTE speeds) depend entirely on how close you are to cell towers in your area, and which carrier you choose. We've had reports of over 50 MBPS from those that are right under a cell tower... all the way down to 1 MBPS that are far away from one. So you’ll want to pick the carrier plan that has the best and strongest LTE signal where you will be utilizing the hotspot to ensure the best speeds.
How many devices can I use on 1 hotspot?
This depends on the device and can range from 10-80 connected devices per hotspot. Please refer to our comparison chart on the Membership Plans page by clicking 'Compare Devices'.
Will the hotspot work for me when I travel?
These are wireless mobile hotspots, and can be used "on the move". We've tested them on interstates in vehicles, and they work well. This being said, there are definitely times when heading into wooded areas or valleys/mountains, the signal will cut out. However, if you are on open roads with many cell towers around the carrier you are utilizing... then it's relatively steady. Think of our hotspots like your cell phone… you have coverage a lot of the time but not all of the time. We would recommend using it in one place overall, but traveling with these are quite nice. Just don't expect perfect constant signal.
Can you guarantee that my service won’t be interrupted?
Since our hotspots are engineered and made by humans, they won’t always function properly. The only way your service would be interrupted is if your signal is not strong enough, or you didn’t pay your bill. However, with anything, there may be extreme circumstances beyond our control like a cell tower getting struck by lightning that you're pinging off of for example. Or if your current hotspot stops working for no reason, we will be happy to troubleshoot with you to figure it out and get you back up and running!
Can I mess with the settings on the hotspot?
We ask that you never mess with any of the settings or tamper with the unit. In doing so you will jeopardize the unlimited account. So simply turn the hotspot on and use it as-is!
I cannot pay for my service next month, can you help me out?
Due to our model being prepaid, we are forced to suspend your account if payment isn’t completed on your recurring subscription date. Your recurring subscription will always be 30/31 days after the day you subscribed. Due to our payment processor and our prepaid model, we are unable to switch or move your recurring subscription day.
Why don’t you have a phone number?

How many unlimited hotspots can I order, is there a limit?
You may order as many as you’d like… we’ll work it out! However, on rare occasion, we may go out of stock. If this happens, we will update our website to reflect this. Normally this isn’t an issue for we make it our goal to be fully stocked.
Do you offer bulk discounts if I need to order multiple [10 or more) unlimited hotspots for my family and my business?
Yes! As mentioned, we’ll work it out depending on how many units you need. Simply send us a note through our contact form and one of our lovely team members will reply promptly.
I’m 17, can I order one of your unlimited hotspots?
No, you must be 18 or older to order our unlimited hotspots in your name.
Once I subscribe to one of your plans, do I own the account and the hotspot?
Look at it this way, you are the owner of the membership, however, you don’t own the device or account. Unlimitedville provides hotspots and LTE access to our current members. Don't let the major carriers fool you, Unlimitedville doesn't even "own" accounts. The carriers themselves own their networks, they simply allow us to utilize them. Your initial subscription includes your one time membership fee, plus your first month’s membership cost. You may of course cancel your subscription with us at anytime by returning your device and notifying us and we never charge any cancellation fees.
Ok I’m sold, how do I subscribe?
Simply click on the Membership Plans button to view our plans. Upon browsing, find the plan and device that best fits your needs. Our secure site accepts all major debit/credit cards and you can always use these to fund your subscription with us. Once you place an order with us through our site, the unlimited hotspot will be shipped in the order it was received. Our normal turnaround time from subscription to receiving our unlimited hotspots is around 3-5 business days. We will ship to the address that you provide so please make sure it is accurate. Your subscription with us will automatically recur on a monthly basis. You may (of course!) cancel your subscription with us at anytime by notifying us and returning your device.
Is there a complicated setup process when I receive the unlimited hotspot?
Not at all! We streamline this for your convenience. Simply turn it on and go! Again, please be sure that you have a strong LTE signal from the major carrier plan that you are subscribing to or it won't work!
The screen on my hotspot is stating I only have a few GB's (gigs) left? You said this was unlimited!
Yes, all of our hotspots are unlimited! Simply ignore these messages; they may appear for reasons that are irrelevant. If you ever have any issues with the hotspot itself not functioning correctly, or if there is a glitch in your service, contact us and we will resolve as quickly as possible. Check around, our customer service and tech support is second to none!
